"Interior design is a business of trust."

In a past life, Karin was a clinical therapist — which turns out to be a good thing if you want an interior designer. Combine an undergraduate degree in English and Fine Arts with a masters in Psychology, and you get a creative and communicative partner who is by nature and training an empathetic, tuned-in listener.

For over a decade, Karin has been involved in the planning, design, and project management of homes in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Virginia.

Her work has ranged from whole house design to vacation homes as well as primary residences both big and small. She strives to create beautiful and functional spaces that reflect each individual client in a polished and comfortable way.

Karin believes that good design addresses form (aesthetic, balance, flow) and function (did she mention that she has a husband, two teenage kids, and three dogs?). Form and function are created in all spaces she designs.

Karin provides long term relationships with industry professionals and tradespeople, thereby creating a team to manage every project with exceptional commitment to style, creativity and client service.

Her clients appreciate her keen eye for detail, seamless management of projects, and her warm, thoughtful approach that honors the needs and expectations of each client.
